Francoise has worked for local broadcast affiliates of CBS (NYSE: CBS), NBC (NYSE: GE), and Univision (NYSE: UVN) developing station marketing programs to better serve advertisers and viewers. She is also a seasoned telecommunication marketer, with many years of public relations and marketing service for Cellular One, SBC, AT&T Long Distance, AT&T Wireless and the “new” AT&T (NYSE: T). Francoise also worked in the advertising agency business, handling large national and international accounts and multi-million dollar budgets.
Francoise speaks fluent Spanish and has travel extensively through South America. She is also very active in her community and church. She lives in the “Music Capital of the World”, Austin, Texas with her two teenagers and big black rescue lab.

Paul Maine is founder of Mainstream IT and an accomplished musician. Mr. Maine’s professional career spans more than 20 years and includes various engineering and software development roles with Science Applications International Corporation ( SAIC ), General Electric, EG&G Special Projects, Motorola, Pharmacuetical Product Development ( PPD ) and several startup companies. Maine assists clients with website hosting, management, trouble shooting as well as with custom applications.
Leslie Thacker – Business Financial Consultant
Leslie Thacker is currently the managing member of Austin Texas based Business Finance Solutions. She has over 20 years of business experience the last 10 years in the finance consulting industry. On a day to day basis Leslie helps businesses obtain working capital and asset based loans from banks, commercial lenders, and community development lenders. Leslie is the real estate and equipment leasing expert at Business Finance Solutions. Leslie is also is a volunteer educator at the Texas State University Small Business Development Center. When Leslie isn’t working she enjoys gardening, especially growing antique roses.
